We accept returns/refunds if the order is defective or wrongly delivered.

We accept returns/refunds request on orders within three(3) days from the date of delivery.

We don't accept returns/refunds after three(3) days from the date of delivery.

We refund initiate immediately as soon as we received a return request from the customer along with proof of tracking Id.

We will not refunds if customer refuses to accept our parcel at the time of delivery without any valid reason.

If the inventory was not updated and your order has been received, we will make every effort to fulfill and dispatch your order within 72 hours. If we are unable to do so and 15 days have passed, we will refund the full amount of your order to the account details provided by you as soon as possible. A refund confirmation will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp.
